Second Public Test of FT8 DXpedition Mode Demonstrates High Contact Rates Possible

The second public test of FT8 DXpedition Mode has shown that the mock DXpedition stations (“Foxes”) were able to work the pileups of callers (“Hounds”) at a fairly good clip.
